What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a sister discipline of Yoga and focuses on healing. It offers lifestyle, nutrition, breathwork and other practices to help bring the body back to a state of balance. In a balanced state, our body's immunity is high, emotions are balanced, and relationships are thriving. When people start working with Ayurveda, they find it intuitive because it is an ancient system that still makes sense today! It is a way of living that offers the potential to live life with increased clarity and alignment with our true selves.

Hi! I am Vidushi
I worked in Corporate America for over 10 years. Successful on paper but dissatisfied and lost, I was experiencing burn-out, anxiety and gut issues. Eager to find answers, I studied Principles of Ayurvedic Medicine at California College of Ayurveda and have never looked back.
Ayurveda helped me declutter my life physically, mentally and spiritually.
My goal is to offer Ayurveda inspired nutrition, lifestyle and habit shifts that soothe your nervous system, heal your gut and empower you to invite balance into your life.
