What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a system of ancient healing that originated in India and dates back to nearly 3,000 years. At the core, Ayurveda believes that when in balance, we all have the capacity to live a life of harmony, happiness, purpose and health. The goal of Ayurveda is to identify imbalances in the body and mind, and offer recommendations to restore balance.
Recommendations offered by Ayurveda are custom to the individual and their imbalances. Ayurveda beautifully acknowledges that:
Nothing is good for everyone and everything is good for someone
This non-judgmental, individual driven, body-mind holistic approach makes Ayurveda very popular with people looking to improve their wellbeing for long-term.
Is Ayurveda for you?
Ayurveda is for you if you are struggling with:
The Mind:
Lack of purpose, chronic indecision and confusion, lack of motivation and direction, restlessness, insomnia, depression, anxiety, anger, attention deficit, overwhelm, unfulfilled relationships
The Body:
Chronic exhaustion, pain, skin issues such as eczema and rosacea, reduced stamina, holistic and natural support for diagnosed diseases (e.g., blood pressure, diabetes), constipation, loose bowel movement, hemorrhoids, gas and bloating.
Ayurveda coaching is custom for the individual and the issues they present. Using ayurvedic practices for nutrition and lifestyle, we will work together to help restore balance to your mind, body and spirit.
Ayurveda can address the root cause of your lack of ease and offer tools to restore balance and health. Because of the in-depth root cause approach, clients experience long-term and sustained improvements.
